Terms of Use

ANYANO is a private, invite-only platform for training personal music models from material you are entitled to use, and for generating new audio with those models. Access can be granted, suspended or revoked; membership is checked on the server on every entry.

You may upload only material you own or have documented permission to use for training and generation: your own recordings, stems, vocals, instrumentals, MIDI and lyrics, or third-party material you are licensed to use this way. You confirm this at upload time.

ANYANO does not independently verify who owns the music you upload. The rights confirmation is your statement, not a verification result, and it is not a guarantee by ANYANO that your use is lawful. Uploading material you do not have the rights to use is a breach of these terms and may be unlawful.

You keep whatever rights you already hold in the material you upload. Uploading does not transfer ownership to ANYANO, does not make your material public, and does not make it available for training models belonging to other users. ANYANO receives only the limited permission needed to store, process and present your material back to you so the product can function.

As between you and ANYANO, you are free to use the audio you generate from your own Sound models, including commercially, subject to these terms.

That is a contractual position, not a statement about copyright law. ANYANO does not claim that AI-assisted output is automatically protected by copyright, that any particular output is original, or that output cannot resemble or implicate third-party rights. Copyright protection generally depends on human authorship and varies by jurisdiction, and how much creative human contribution a given output involves is a question about your specific work. Take your own legal advice before relying on a claim of copyright.

Do not use ANYANO to impersonate another artist's voice or identity without permission, to launder infringing material, to attempt to reach other users' data, to probe or bypass authentication and authorization, to overload the service, or to break the law of your jurisdiction.

The public tools process audio inside your own browser and are provided as-is for practical use. Their measurements — tempo, key, loudness, separation quality, AI-likelihood estimates — are estimates from signal analysis, not verdicts. The AI Music Detector in particular produces a probabilistic signal and must not be used as proof that a track is or is not AI-generated.

Features can change, and processing capabilities depend on connected services. When a capability is unavailable, the app says so rather than degrading silently. Keep your own copies of material that matters to you.

You can delete uploads, models and versions from inside the app, and request account deletion by email. ANYANO may suspend or end access for breach of these terms.

Google AdSense is installed and configured on the public site, but no ad units are configured, so no advertising is displayed today. Any future advertising is limited to a small set of public educational articles and will never be placed inside the private studio.

The service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing here is legal advice, and ANYANO gives no guarantee that your use of uploaded material, trained models or generated output is lawful in your jurisdiction.
