Privacy Policy

How ANYANO handles account data, uploaded music, generated output, analytics and advertising. Last updated 2026-08-22.

Who this covers

This policy covers anyano.com: the public marketing pages, the free browser-based music tools, and the private, invite-only ANYANO studio where a signed-in user uploads music, prepares datasets, trains Sound models and generates output.

For privacy questions, write to privacy@anyano.com. Requests are answered from that address.

Account data

Creating an account requires an email address. Signing in with Google additionally provides the basic profile data Google returns for that sign-in. ANYANO is invite-only: membership records exist so the server can check on every entry whether an account is still allowed in.

  • Email address and authentication identifiers.
  • Membership and invitation records, including invitation status and timestamps.
  • Account settings and preferences you enter.

Music you upload

Audio you upload in the studio is stored in a private object-storage bucket, not at public URLs. Reading it requires an authenticated request, and the links the app uses to play audio are time-limited rather than permanent. Database records describing your files, datasets, Sound models, jobs and generations are protected by row-level security policies scoped to your user id, so another signed-in account has no path to your material through the app or its API.

Alongside the audio itself, ANYANO stores metadata: your title for the file, the original filename, file size, format, duration, sample rate, channel count and your confirmation that you hold the rights to use the material.

Your uploaded music is not published, is not shared with other users, and is not used to train models belonging to other users.

Model training and generated output

Datasets, training jobs, Sound model versions and generated tracks are private to your account under the same access rules as uploads. Analysis, stem separation, dataset preparation, training and generation are computationally heavy and run on connected specialist compute services configured for the studio; those services receive the audio and parameters required to perform the requested job. If a required processing service is not configured, ANYANO reports the capability as unavailable rather than sending your audio somewhere unexpected.

The free public tools

The free tools on /tools run their analysis and audio processing inside your own browser tab using the Web Audio API and, for separation, a model that executes locally. Files you drop into those tools are not uploaded to ANYANO and are not stored. Closing the tab discards everything.

Server logs

As with any hosted site, the hosting and backend platforms record standard request information — IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent, response status — for security, abuse prevention and debugging. These logs are not used to build advertising profiles.

Analytics

Product analytics is kept deliberately narrow and separate from advertising. ANYANO records coarse interaction events such as which tool page was viewed and whether an analysis started, completed or failed. Those events never carry uploaded audio, audio buffers, filenames, private track or project names, prompts, lyrics or model identifiers.

Advertising

Google AdSense is installed and configured on ANYANO: the Google AdSense loader script is present in the site head on public pages, so Google advertising technology is installed and may set cookies or similar identifiers used for advertising and fraud prevention. No display ad units are configured or serving yet, so ads themselves are not shown anywhere on the site today. If and when ad units are switched on, they will appear only on the small explicitly approved set of public educational articles.

If advertising is enabled, it will be Google AdSense, and it will run only on a small explicitly approved set of public educational articles. Advertising will not be shown in the private studio, on authentication screens, on legal pages, or on the interactive tools. Advertising scripts are not placed inside upload, analysis, training or generation logic, and receive no uploaded audio, filenames, private titles, prompts, model identifiers or account data.

Where advertising runs, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar identifiers to serve and measure ads. Personalized advertising is used only where it is permitted and, where consent is required, only after consent is given; otherwise non-personalized advertising is served. You can review and change Google's own ad settings at adssettings.google.com.

Third parties that process data

ANYANO relies on external providers rather than running everything itself. In categories: a managed application backend supplying authentication, the database and private object storage; hosting and content delivery for the site itself; specialist audio and GPU compute for analysis, separation, training and generation; an email delivery provider for account email; and, if advertising is enabled, Google AdSense.

Retention and deletion

You can delete uploaded files from your library, and delete Sound models and versions you have trained, from inside the app. Deleting a source file does not undo what an already-trained version learned from it; delete that version and retrain from a dataset that excludes the file if that matters to you.

Deletion is not claimed to be instantaneous everywhere. The managed backend keeps operational backups for disaster recovery, and deleted material can persist in backup snapshots until they roll off on their normal schedule. Account deletion requests can be sent to privacy@anyano.com.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your account data, ask for corrections, ask for deletion, or object to a particular processing activity by writing to privacy@anyano.com. Where advertising and consent tooling is active, you can reopen your consent choices from the Cookie Policy page.

Children

ANYANO is not directed at children and accounts are invite-only. Do not use the studio if you are below the age of digital consent in your country.

Changes

Material changes to this policy will be reflected in the last-updated date above. Advertising-specific wording changes when advertising status changes, so the page never claims something is running before it is.
